AK-105 (102, 104 also available)
The AK-105 fills a niche between a Krinkov and a traditional AK, offering a compact barrel while still meeting the 16" barrel length. We manufacture our conversions using a true Bulgarian AK-105 sight base, our exclusive compensator, and Kvar polymer furniture. The picture below features an optional FSE Krinkov style stock.  $CALL

refinishing
AK-74
Designed as a replacement for the 7.62x39 caliber AKM, the 5.45x39 caliber AK-74 has been in service with Russian and Bulgarian troops since the early 1990's. The one pictured below was built using a demilled Bulgarian parts set, high quality FEG receiver, and Bulgarian blond hardwood furniture. Please call us for details and pricing information.

Some features found on our rifles
Saiga front sight is pressed off and replaced with an original Bulgarian threaded front sight assembly. This Bulgarian assembly is an indistinguishable copy of the Russian version, which is not legally importable. It also has a functional spring-loaded plunger and lug, and an original military threaded cleaning rod.
Our own U.S. manufactured exact copy of “74”-Type recoil compensator, complete with a pressed baffle, which is typical in Russian pattern 3 brakes.
Gordon Technologies or FSE Fire Control Group (smooth, light 3.5-4lb single stage trigger pull).

Original bullet guide (feed ramp) is riveted to trunion. Our competitors use cheap “built-up” welded bead as a stop-gap measure on conversions, we use the original intended Russian feed ramp design.
Rifle is completely stripped and refinished with a black enamel that closely matches the original Bulgarian and Russian finishes in gloss and texture. We feel the modern finish we use exceeds the original in durability. The finish we use is not available anywhere else...it's something we devised after much deliberation.
K-VAR U.S. made composite furniture set. Exact duplicate of the original Russian furniture, except the buttstock has been lengthened 1.25", to give the length of pull American shooters prefer. The US made part also helps us in our quest to satisfy the politicians.
